Kudos to Jon Davies! He reached out to us today and was exceptionally polite. He inquired when we might have a moment to discuss our PPI situation over a weekend. We appreciated the call, but upon reflecting on it, we had to decline. The upfront fee of £199.95 was a sticking point for us, even though he assured us the money would be refunded once everything was finalised. We still turned down the offer but thanked him for his courtesy. A solid 10 out of 10 for Jon Davies and his lovely communication!

Received a call from this number on my mobile, but we decided not to pick up since it wasn’t familiar to us. They didn’t leave a voicemail. We then tried to reach out using our office number, but there was no response, and after that, the line went silent.

This number just rang us, and as we were in the midst of giving our usual business greeting (it's a home office setup here), the caller promptly hung up. Not long after, the phone rang again, but this time it was a withheld number, and the same thing occurred. I'm not certain if the two are connected, but it certainly was irritating. We decided to check this site to see if anyone else has experienced calls from this number and to try and uncover who might be on the other end. One thing's for certain, we never ring back, as you can never tell what shady dealings might be involved, and I'm not inclined to fork out any cash just to learn who these people are.

We've just received a call from that number, but we didn't quite catch the name of the company. The caller mentioned something like, "Oh, you're at work; we can call back later," when we asked what the call was about. However, she didn't provide any details and abruptly hung up. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

I received a call claiming that there’s £2,000 that we’re supposed to get back on a credit card. When we pointed out that you can't get something for nothing, the caller cheerfully said she'd just donate the funds to charity. It’s suspicious to say the least, perhaps a scam or something along those lines?

We've gone through the exact same ordeal. When it comes to these calls, we found ourselves quite exasperated with the gentleman on the line. He abruptly wrapped things up by insisting that the £2500 owed to us would be donated to a charitable cause.
