I just got a robo call pretending to be from VISA fraud department. They said some purchase happened like 15 minutes ago and that hundreds had been charged to my card. Obviously they want your card info, so be careful and don’t give anything away!

Somebody called me saying they were calling from the bank’s reclaim department, said they were ringing from Cardiff. They claimed I was due a refund on bank charges. I’ve asked them to send me written or email confirmation but still haven’t received anything. Has anyone else got a call like this from this number? It’s a landline - 02921257695.
