About a week ago, I had a message like this but from another phone number. This time, it was a female voice using text-to-speech claiming my house was being watched, telling me not to ignore it, all that rubbish. Obviously, I knew it was a scam, so I didn't worry. However, a mate said these messages can terrify some folks. I did report the earlier one to both the police and Trading Standards, but they said tracking these calls down is tough.
