who picks up the phone and just hangs up right away? definitely not someone you know. when i tried ringing back, some automated voice with an american accent answered but never said the company's name. i reckon i might have been hit with a huge bill for just that brief moment. it's beyond me why the telecoms people allow this nonsense to go on.
