We had a rather pleasant experience with these folks when we arranged our £79.99 policy. Honestly, it's a far superior insurance scheme compared to what Phones4U and Carphone Warehouse offer. It includes international coverage and boasts a plethora of additional benefits. Plus, it’s more economical than those two, with absolutely no excess fees whatsoever-just unlimited claims! I can't help but chuckle at how great this is!

I received a rather dubious call purporting to be from "Phones 4 U," claiming they were enquiring about my mobile phone insurance. To be honest, it felt like a right con, especially since Phones 4 U themselves have no knowledge of this lot. I've reached out directly to Guardian MP3 and let them know about the situation, and they’ve actually agreed to refund me. If I'm not sorted soon, I won't hesitate to involve the police. It's quite alarming how I’ve had six separate calls, all from various numbers, yet they’re all connected to this same scam. Just a heads up to everyone - stay vigilant; these people are up to no good!

In February, we received a similar call regarding an MP3 that I allegedly "won." The callers asked for our bank details and claimed they could reduce our insurance with Carphone Warehouse, which was rather amusing since we didn't even have insurance! They persistently ring us, about once a month, and we’ve developed a routine: we pick up the phone, say nothing, and hang up. It’s rather entertaining at this point; their relentless persistence has almost become a bizarre part of our day. Honestly, we’d find it odd if they stopped calling!

We received a call from this number, and Mr Darren mentioned that we were entitled to a complimentary MP3 player and a discount on our insurance. After lodging two claims, they provided us with a brand new mobile phone at no extra cost! Now, we find ourselves with three mobile phones and an MP3 player, all for just £79.99. Once payment was processed, all the necessary details arrived in the post, although it did take a couple of days for the MP3 player to show up. We even made our first claim shortly after purchasing the insurance! The only downside is that they continue to ring us incessantly. :(

I've found myself in a remarkably similar predicament and I'm now on a mission to hold Guardian MP3 accountable. Honestly, these individuals are utterly atrocious. I've filed complaints with O2, our bank, and Trading Standards. Presently, I’m awaiting a response from Guardian MP3-though I doubt we'll hear anything worthwhile. Nonetheless, we’ll persist with our calls and emails until we do. The £79.99 means quite a bit to us, so it’s worth the effort. How can anyone claim to have a job while intentionally deceiving others? Honestly, I wouldn’t be upset if they were met with some unfortunate circumstances on their commute to the office.

Absolutely, this was a complete con! The so-called Shield Mp3 and Guardian Mp3 have zero affiliation with any mobile service providers like Carphone Warehouse or O2. They just seem to spam-call numbers relentlessly until they manage to get a bite. It’s infuriating as they keep ringing my number roughly once a week. I really wish they'd find something meaningful to do with their time instead of peddling these dodgy schemes!

I received a call from this number earlier today. Is there any chance they could have left a voicemail instead?

We had a rather dubious call from a group claiming they could lower our mobile phone insurance costs. It sounded convincing, so we got roped in. They asked for our address and landline number, then abruptly hung up on me! Quite the cheek, isn't it?

I’m curious to find out who’s behind this phone number.

We received a call from this number just now, but we chose not to answer, as we never engage with calls from numbers we aren't familiar with! These comments are genuinely helpful, so we’ll be steering clear of this number in the future. Cheers for the info!

It seems we've supposedly won an MP3 player or something along those lines? The person on the other end wasn't really making much sense. Even though we've given them our details, our bank balance is quite empty, which leaves us scratching our heads about what these folks think they’ll actually benefit from.

A few days back, we received a call from this number. The callers identified themselves as Guardian something or other, and they were clearly fishing for our personal details under the guise of a courtesy call regarding our new mobile phone. When we asked the woman on the line to clarify who they were, she abruptly hung up on us. We tried calling back several times throughout the day, but the number seems to be disconnected. To be truthful, we’re usually quite wary of these sorts of calls, so we refrained from divulging any sensitive information.

It's quite amusing how this site can be utilised by individuals who, after being let go by different firms, resort to disseminating harmful falsehoods. Fortunately, all their details can be relayed to the authorities, who will undoubtedly investigate their computers for the IP address and put a stop to this ridiculousness. The might of the misled internet miscreant!

Absolutely, I've been caught in the same web. The so-called Shield Mp3 masquerading as Guardian Mp3 is utterly unrelated to legitimate companies like Carphone Warehouse or O2. It’s a complete ruse! They relentlessly dial numbers, pestering innocent folks until they finally connect. It’s infuriating, as they seem to hound us every week without fail. I truly wish these individuals would find themselves some meaningful employment instead of resorting to such shady tactics.

A chap called me earlier claiming that I’d won an MP3 player and could slash my insurance premiums significantly. He demanded my name, address, and even asked for the first four digits of my bank account number! I decided to hang up, but he had the audacity to ring me again. We chose to ignore that one. I later had a word with T Cell, and they confirmed it was a scam. But it does leave me wondering how they managed to get hold of my details in the first place? Quite unsettling, really!

I had an absolutely identical experience! My bank managed to refund my money, and I’ve gone ahead and reported them to Trading Standards. Apparently, the Swansea Trading Standards are now looking into this scam, so make sure you inform them about what transpired in your case too!
