when i picked up it turned out to be a call back about quitting smoking which i had actually requested. i was expecting it to come from a blocked number, not this one, which confused me a bit. i got 4 calls within 10 mins and answered on the 4th while checking out this forum. the call came from cardiff, which was a bit odd since the site says they usually call from a withheld number and that it'd be local to me the caller.

picked up the phone, waited for 10 seconds, nothing said and then it hangs up. if i dont answer, they call back multiple times. I usually get this call about 3 times every week.

Got two unexpected calls from this number yesterday with no message dropped. When I tried to call back, it didn't even ring-just went straight to an answering machine with an utterly indecipherable message saying it was the voicemail for someone or other.
