Yeah, it's from Cardiff and Vale NHS Board alright. They never leave a detailed or personal voicemail, so if I hadn’t looked up this number here, I’d probably just keep ignoring it. Actually, I do screen all unknown calls anyway, so I’ll keep ignoring it regardless. I do have an appointment coming up in early October though, so I’m assuming that’s why they’re ringing. The annoying thing is there’s no option to call back directly or get any info about what appointment they’re referring to.
