I received a phone call from a chap named Gary claiming to be from BT, insisting he needed to discuss our account. When I probed for further information, he became rather curt and aggressive, insisting I transfer him to someone else. Despite my requests for clarification, he refused to provide any details, and rather abruptly hung up on me. Quite the experience!
