I have no idea who this might be; as soon as we answered, there was silence on the other end. Quite odd, really.

I've had numerous calls from this number as well. It appears to be some sort of survey firm, and frankly, they’re quite bothersome. I've firmly requested on several occasions for them to cease calling me. Just the other day, I asked to speak to a supervisor to lodge a complaint, and she claimed to be the supervisor. When I pressed for a manager, she insisted she was in that role too. Then, I cheekily asked to chat with the owner, and wouldn’t you know it, she said she was that person as well. When I threatened to contact the watchdog, her response was rather flippant-she told me to go ahead and see if it would make a difference. I believe the woman introduced herself as Sophie, and she certainly had an accent of some sort.

I keep getting calls from this number too! It seems to be some sort of surveys outfit, and they really are frustrating. On every single occasion, I’ve begged them to stop calling me. Just recently, I insisted on speaking with a supervisor to lodge a complaint, and the woman on the other end claimed she was the supervisor. When I requested to talk to the manager, she insisted she was that as well. After that, I asked to speak with the owner, and she bizarrely declared herself the owner too! I then mentioned I’d report them to the watchdog, and her response was just a flippant challenge, saying, "Go ahead and see if they can help you!" Quite the cheek!
