On 29/10/18 at about 4:30pm, I got a call where there was loads of noise in the backround, then all they said was “hello” before hanging up.

I got one of those call centre calls the other day. First, there was nothing but silence before someone finally came on the line. Feels like some robot dials you, then when you pick up it passes you to a real person. I usually just hang up straight away and block the number.
