Now, I happen to be enrolled in BT's "choose to refuse" service, which conveniently allows me to block any incoming number effortlessly if I choose to do so. So, I activated this feature, and lo and behold, BT's system provided me with a totally different number: 02920274000.

Without hesitation, I've added both of these numbers to my block list (and I've also shared a similar note regarding the 0800 number here).

So, I received a call from the same number just yesterday morning while I was busy at work and couldn't pick up. Oddly enough, I don't even have a home that would need electricity, and Southern Electric has no reason to contact me!
