Picked up the phone but all I got was a dead dial tone. Pretty sure it was one of those dodgy scam calls you don’t want. The real risk starts if you let these lot into your computer or hand over any personal or bank info. Best to just hang up and ignore them.

I picked up the call but there was total silence on the other end, so I just hung up.

Called them but no one picked up, so I just ended the call.

They called me by my name, wanting to chat about a boiler service I supposedly have with them that costs loads. When I asked who's calling, they suddenly shut up. Told them to take me off their call list, then they just hung up on me. I don’t have any kind of boiler service contract with anyone at all.
