The phone rang incessantly four times and then cut off as soon as I picked up.

I had a rather dodgy experience with someone who had a distinct Asian accent, purporting to be from Vodafone. He was rather pushy in trying to get me to verify the details of my device, which immediately set off alarm bells in my mind. When I mentioned I wasn’t interested in any promotional deals, he abruptly ended the call. Honestly, if he really represented Vodafone, I would expect someone with much better manners and customer service skills. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
