I received a call at around 4:15 in the afternoon on Sunday, 28th March 2021, regarding a critical hospital appointment. It was an automated message prompting me to press one if I was speaking and two if it wasn’t me on the line. After the call, I rang the number back, and yet again, it was another automated response indicating that they would get back to me within the next twenty-four hours. Quite peculiar, isn’t it?
