I received a call from a chap attempting to lower my so-called TV insurance to a mere £5 monthly. He asked for my bank details, which I found a bit dodgy. His accent seemed to suggest he hailed from Southeast Asia, and he was prattling on incessantly. Claimed his name was Robin-more like Robin Hood, if you ask me! They were taken aback when I declined their offer to adjust my insurance.
