I enquired about my heating system and the insulation in my home. They were adamant that it wasn't a sales pitch and insisted there would be no charges involved. However, they were quite insistent and didn't seem to heed my responses at all.

Beware of these individuals; they're nothing but fraudsters! All have Indian accents. Do not fall for their ruses. They claim to represent Company House and utility firms for gas and electricity, but it's all a ruse. Stay alert and don't let them scam you!
