Had a call from someone claiming to be O2, sounded dodgy as heck. Definitely a scam, so watch out!

I have no clue who this caller could be, especially since I’ve never heard of Ballyclare before. When I checked the number online, there were loads of reports saying it’s probably a scam. Definitely dodgy.

Got a call from a weird location so I didn’t pick up. They kept ringing me about 15 times before I just stopped it. Didn’t bother to leave any voicemail either.

Scammers pretending to be from O2 calling me constantly. Total nightmare!

I received two calls from this number yesterday, but I haven’t the foggiest who they are or any ties to Ballyclare in Northern Ireland. I chose not to pick up, and amusingly, they didn’t bother leaving a voicemail.

Totally a scam, really. None of the given choices fit, so I just marked it as harassing. It’s more of a bother and could cause trouble down the line.

I got a call and after a little silence, a woman with a British accent came on saying something like, "We're calling to let you know there's a legal case opened against you..." I just ended the call straight away since it was obviously some sort of scam.

Beware of people pretending to be from O2. They call claiming you can get a 40% discount and ask you to read out a code they send in a text. Never say the code aloud! They’ll gain access to your account and order expensive phones which you’ll end up footing the bill for. Just a heads up to stay safe.

Today I had a phone call from an unknown number, but I just ignored it since I didn't recognise it. Then later, I got another dodgy call, which made me think they could be connected. The other number was 07466 007480 and the caller was pretending to be from HMRC, saying they were after me - which is completely false.

The woman on the phone was reading from some script and I could barely catch what she was saying. When I asked her where they got my number, she just mumbled something about a phone promo but didn’t really explain. Eventually, I just let her keep talking as I got on with my knitting, and after a while she gave up and hung up.

Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent trying to say O2 was lowering my bills. He couldn't get my full name right from his system, which was a dead giveaway it was a dodgy call.

I had such trouble making sense of what the woman was saying, she kept sticking to her script and mumbling through it. When I asked how they found my number, she just said something about a phone promo, but nothing clear. Eventually, I just sat knitting quietly and let her ramble on till she gave up and hung up.

I got a call from this number, and it’s actually the third dodgy call I’ve had today. Two others came from Scottish area codes: 141 501 0931 and 131 358 6294, and now this one, 028 9353 5125, popped up too. Proper annoying!

Got a call pretending to be from O2, really annoying. Before that, I'd been rung by 02045519166, which I already flagged as dodgy. I ended that call quick because the guy tried to connect me to a ‘Manager’ offering 40% off my bill. Then this call came through, supposedly from that very Manager calling me back. Total spam!

Got a call from this number too, and like others have said, they were really hard to understand. So I switched to a posh accent and guess what? They started talking all posh back! I told them ‘You called me, what do you want?’ and just like that, they hung up.
