If someone tries to scam me from a Northern Ireland number, you'd think they could be tracked down, right? Like, shouldn’t the police be able to trace these calls and maybe even make some arrests if it’s fraud? Seems like they should have the means to do that.

this number keeps ringing my mum's phone, asking for my dad. she always has to remind them he's been gone for over a decade now. she's flooded with calls from them and it's really upsetting her. honestly, they seem like total scoundrels. definitely some kind of scam going on.

I saw I had a missed call from this number but I wasn't around at the time. Tried ringing back and it just told me the number isn’t active anymore.

This number rang me the other day and a bloke with an Asian accent asked if I was Mr Smith. I told him that Smith doesn’t live here anymore and asked what he wanted. He said he was checking if I had any issues with my computer and tried to get me to let him access my pc remotely. When I said no thanks, he just ended the call. Quite a sketchy call if you ask me.

i get calls from the same number about 2-3 times each day, always asking for a Mrs Craig. ive told them repeatedly that she dont live here and they need to fix their records. this has been happening for a couple of weeks now and nothing has changed. what’s odd is now, when they ring, sometimes its an asian guy or lady on the other end, but the moment they hear me or my dad speak, they just hang up straight away. really strange behaviour.

At about 2 in the afternoon, this number rang me up asking if they were talking to a Bligh. My brother answered and said he wasn’t around, then asked who was calling. After that, the caller wanted to know my name. I just replied, “You dialled my number, who are you then?” The caller seemed to get annoyed quick, so I told him if he’s gonna chat to folks, he might want to learn a bit about how to be polite on the phone first!
