Somebody rang me saying they were with BT, wanting to check my internet speed. They didn’t even bother to use my name, so I knew straight away they had no clue who they were chatting to. I told him if he really worked for BT, he’d know who I was without me having to say. After that, he just ended the call. Hearing the accent, I’d guess the call came from India.
