Not long after hanging up the first time, this number rang me again, this time saying they were from Sky and that the call was legit about a refund. I straight away told them I wasn’t sharing any more info and that I’d get in touch with Sky on my own, then ended the call. Later, I checked with Sky myself and they said there was no refund or anything like that on record. Just to be safe, I also gave my bank a heads up about these calls.
