This bloke claimed to be from some firm that supposedly blocks nuisance calls. I told him I’m already on the TPS list. Then he cut me off and said he works for a company similar to TPS but that can block every international call. He wouldn’t say what the company was called though.

I can confirm that this isn't a number from Northern Ireland-it's actually registered in China. I got a call here in Northern Ireland, but my phone indicated it was an international call. They disconnected as soon as it went to voicemail.
