On 10th May 2019 around 9:39 am, I got a call. It was during a period when I’d been getting some odd calls for a few weeks, including one from Northern Ireland. I answered but just stayed quiet, and the person on the other end quickly ended the call.

So apparently the fees for my tv servicing (?) are gonna go down. Some bloke called Dave with a really strong Asian accent. I played along for a bit before telling him to jog on. He managed to get my full name, address, and number though. I really wish Plusnet had better ways to filter these calls.

Had another annoying sales call today, sometimes I really wish there was a way to just make them stop ringing.

Loads of these insurance firms keep pushing overpriced appliance protection plans on folks who really don’t require them. Feels like a total rip-off to me.
