On Saturday morning, a bit after 8, I got a call from 02893321852. An accent that didn’t sound local was on the other end, a woman who wanted to speak to the person who lives here. She then launched into asking about kitchen storage stuff for the house. I was polite but told her to leave me alone!

Got a call from 020890805932 saying it was about some Visa debt charge. It was all automated and kept telling me to press a button for a fraud check. Sounds like one of those billing scams to me, watch out!

Got a call from this number, total scam.

I got a ring from 0289 060 0060 the other day, but I can’t remember what company they said they were with. They said they could knock up to 40% off my Orange bill, sounded a bit fishy. When I told them I’d expect Orange themselves to get in touch if that was true, they just ended the call straight away.

This morning I got a call from 0289### saying they were from Virgin Media. I’m convinced it’s a scam because a couple of weeks back someone tried the very same story on me. When I asked them to verify by giving my Virgin account number, they just cut me off straight away. Definitely another dodgy call!
