I’ve been receiving calls from this number, along with a few others, claiming to offer some sort of online education programme. I told them that I was interested and even shared my Gmail address, but now I’m worried they might have gained access to my personal details. I genuinely believe this is a scam, and I feel compelled to report it to the authorities, as it’s quite a serious issue!

They claimed to be calling from a university project, but after a mere ten seconds more of chat, I decided to end the call.

I received a phone call from some scammers who even had the cheek to leave a message using my first name! Naturally, I didn't pick up the phone. Clearly, it’s a telemarketing outfit - just a heads up for everyone to stay vigilant.

Twinkles in Michigan, 11th April 2017 I received a trio of calls back-to-back this evening, just as dinner was being served-definitely a red flag! I chose not to answer. Judging by the information gleaned from various forums, I reckon the most sensible move is to simply "BLOCK THIS NUMBER" on my phone and see if that resolves the issue. If it does turn out to be a scam, I sincerely hope they find something more productive to do with their time! Much appreciated for all your insights, folks!

They rang me multiple times, and when I finally picked up, there was utter silence on the other end. How odd!

Received five calls in under an hour from this number. I tend not to pick up when it's someone I don't recognise.
