I got calls from this number and some other ones claiming they offer online courses. I said yes, thinking I needed them. I gave my @gmail thinking it was fine but now I feel like they might have my personal info. I honestly have no clue if this is a scam but it seems really serious. I’m thinking about reporting it to the authorities.

They started by saying they were calling from some uni related thing, then after about ten seconds of me still listening I just put the phone down.

I got a call from some telemarketers who left me a voicemail and somehow knew my first name. Didn’t pick up at all though. Watch out, sounds like a scam!

Got three calls back to back around tea time, didn't answer any of them - first red flag. From what I've seen on these websites, the smartest move is probably to just block the number and wait to see if it stops. If it's really some dodgy scam, then honestly, they should find something better to do with their time. Cheers to everyone for sharing their stories!!!
