Got a ring from this number early this morning, once around 8 and then again close to 9. The caller had a heavy Asian accent and wanted to talk to someone by name in the house. I told them nobody was here, which seemed to annoy them, and they began shouting and making threats. Tried to record the call on my phone but they cut off before I could. Number’s blocked for good now.

This morning, I got a call from this number at approximately 8 o'clock, followed by another at half past nine. The caller, who had a pronounced Asian accent, asked for the person in charge of the household by name. When I informed them that the individual wasn’t available, their tone quickly took a nasty turn, becoming quite aggressive and menacing. I attempted to whip out my mobile to capture the conversation, but they hung up before I could press record. Quite astonishing, really.

They wouldn’t say who they were, and just as I was about to hang up, they shouted something like "are you bloody ...". Really got me rattled.
