When I picked up, there was nothing but silence, so I just went ahead and blocked the number.

Yesterday i got a couple of dodgy calls. I ended the first one straight away, thinking it was probably a scam. I blocked that number but then got another call a bit later from a similar number, so i blocked that too. It’s crazy how these scammers keep changing numbers. Surely there must be a way to track them down and bring them to justice? Lots of older folks like me aren’t as clued-up about online and phone security, which makes it easier for these fraudsters to target us.

Got a call from a blocked number, no idea who it was. Just didn’t bother answering. Sometimes, it’s better to keep it simple and not deal with unknown callers.
