I just received a dodgy call claiming that my internet's about to be disconnected. Complete nonsense!

A woman with an Indian accent called, claiming there were issues with my internet connection. She instructed me to hop on my computer, press the Windows key plus R, and type in 'entvwr' to launch a certain programme. When I mentioned that I'd have my husband return her call, she was rather persistent about having me hit 'run' right then. I was hesitant to share my number but ended up giving her 441793596931. However, when I did a 1471 check, it revealed the number 02840 367 59 instead. Just a couple of minutes later, the phone rang again. It was the same Indian lady, insisting that I had reached out to her and asking how she could assist me. I reiterated that she had called me and that my husband would be the one to contact her back. At that point, she abruptly hung up.
