Got a call on my mobile but there was no one on the other end. Tried ringing back but the call just wouldn’t go through. No idea who it was!

Got a call from someone saying they were with PC World or Curry's about an iPhone contract. Been there, done that - last time I said yes, they sent me the wrong phone. When I raised it, they told me to send it back and they’d sort a replacement. The contract got started but I never got the right phone, and to top it off, my credit score took a hit. Why on earth am I stuck paying for a contract on a phone I never got?
