I am unable to call back this number. Based on the comments, it seems to be one of those frustrating communication devices that make calls from overseas. This could explain why I cannot hear anyone speaking due to time delay. It is likely that they obtain phone numbers from a "data network base." Despite repeatedly informing them that they are violating people's privacy and confidentiality, they have taken no action! I'm becoming tired of receiving calls from these ignorant individuals. If you are experiencing the same problem, I suggest reporting it to the telecommunications ombudsman and the ACCC.
