a man with a thick asian accent called me, said he was from a company called something like speedy solutions. he already had all my details - name, address, postcode, phone number. probably got it from public records or something. he claimed he wasn’t trying to sell anything but wanted to ask if i owned my home, my job status, and my age. i told him i wasn’t comfortable answering and just ended the call.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with a lifestyle firm, doing a survey. They actually knew my name, which was a bit odd. When I told them I wasn’t interested, they began swearing at me - really not professional at all. Honestly, I wouldn’t even bother with them, just hang up straight away.
