A bloke claiming to be from Microsoft called me. I could tell it was a total scam straight away. Told him to piss off real quick!

Got a call from someone with a weird accent, they kept telling me to switch on my computer. Then he started calling me names like bimbo and a slat, proper rude! Told me to just listen to what he was saying but I wasn’t having any of it.

This lady said she was from Microsoft and told me to switch on my laptop and do exactly what she said. When I said no, she started threatening to block my computer. Yeah, as if!

As soon as I picked up the phone, they just cut off straight away.

So, I got a call from some bloke claiming he was from Microsoft. His accent was so thick I could barely catch a word. When I told him I didn’t understand, he started hurling awful insults at me, then bizarrely said I must understand him now. I’m quite old and it really upset me. Is there any way to put an end to this nonsense for good?

As soon as they said “hi, I'm calling from Microsoft,” I just ended the call and put that number on my BT block list straight away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Microsoft, saying my computer was infected with a virus. Told them I only use an iPad. After that, I told them to buzz off and hung up. Lovely experience, not!

some bloke said he was austin from microsoft, saying he needed to stop hackers from getting into my computer! i was well suspicious so i just kept chatting without sharing any details, and then he just ended the call on me haha
