In the past few days, I’ve received a handful of calls from this number, each time from someone with a foreign accent, claiming they’re conducting a survey on behalf of a UK firm. Each time I mention that I’m not keen on participating, they become rather pushy, insisting it’ll just take a minute of my time. When I bring up that I’ve already had multiple calls from their company, they deny it and claim I must be mistaken. Does anyone have a clue if this is on the level or something dodgy? Best, Doreen

Picked up the phone, but it just went to voicemail with no message. Clearly wasn't anything urgent. Just people messing about.
