Had two calls today. The first was from a bloke with an Indian accent, calling himself "Kevin" - didn’t stick around long enough to find out what he was after, cut off when he caught my accent. Then another call, dead silence, so I left it ringing and eventually they gave up after about 10 to 15 seconds. The number is linked to AQL Wholesale Ltd, which is registered as a telecom company here in the UK. Not feeling too trusting about them, especially since their initials are way too close to SQL, which is a known hacking method to breach devices and steal info. My advice? Best to stay clear.

Got a call from 02825022908 earlier, no clue who it is as I don't know anyone in Ireland! I always come straight here to check these numbers. I've been with 02 for yonks now, really reckon 02 should do something about these scams. Seriously, 02, time to get your act together and block these dodgy calls!

Today, I got a call from someone called "Michael," speaking with an Indian accent, claiming to be from O2. He knew exactly how long I'd been with O2 and could even say how many times I'd topped up last month - twice, which was right. He tried to sell me a deal with 500 minutes to mobiles and landlines plus 500 texts for just £5 a month. When I asked if he needed my bank details, he said yes, but only to check my account was real (like how the real O2 might take a small amount like 1p or £1 to verify). He also said after that, I could have no money left in there, just enough to cover the £5 monthly fee. To me, that sounded way too fishy and a blatant scam, so I said no thanks. Please, never give your bank information to strangers like this. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid getting caught out!

They called up out of the blue and straight away started asking for cash. Definitely a dodgy call, just wanted to get money from me.

Got two calls from a number saying it's Ballymena, Northern Ireland, but the dialling code was actually from the Republic of Ireland. Seems a bit fishy to me, so I didn’t pick up. Going to block it now.
