I received a call from someone claiming to be from India, insisting that my computer was infected with a virus and that they could offer assistance. Clearly a dodgy scam, if you ask me!

Got a call today from an Asian guy with a 0915 number claiming to be from Microsoft, talking about an issue with my computer. Told him I don’t actually have a computer. Then he asked if I had a laptop, and I said no again. After that, he just ended the call, wished me a good day. Funny thing is, I do have both a laptop and a computer. Definitely a scam.

Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent claiming there was some Microsoft problem with my computer. He kept telling me to sit at my PC and do exactly what he said to fix it - yeah, right! I wasn’t buying any of it. When I told him I didn’t trust him, he lost it, started shouting and swearing. Didn’t hang about after that, just ended the call. Total scam, watch out.

I got a call from a man who sounded Asian, and when I mentioned my computer had no issues, he turned really rude. He started cursing at me, but honestly, I just found it funny and laughed. Guess that just made him more annoyed.

Some bloke from India called me rattling on about a big problem with my Windows and how I needed to switch my laptop on ASAP so he could sort it out. I just ended the call, and then he had the nerve to ring back again!

I got a phone call from a woman named Angela claiming there was an issue with my computer. Her accent was so thick I couldn’t really make out what she was saying. I then asked if I could speak to a different person, but she just told me to leave it alone and ended the call abruptly.

I got a call from a guy with an Asian accent who was asking for the person who owns the Windows PC here. I told him we don’t have any computers at all in this place. He quickly said sorry for the trouble and hung up. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam - I’ve had calls like this before but from other numbers, and my usual reply is to just tell them to get lost. Decided to mix it up and try a new approach this time, haha.

Got a call from some bloke with a funny accent, telling me there was an issue with my “Windows” and he could sort it out. I clocked straight away it was dodgy, so I said yeah, I’d switch on my PC but left the phone on quiet and just ended the call after a bit. Then he rang me back, and when I told him I wasn’t falling for it, he started swearing at me, calling me a “f######” w###. Proper rude!

Got a call this morning around 10.30 from some bloke claiming there was an issue with my computer. I spend most of my day messing about with computers so I was pretty tied up at the time and just gave him a quick two word answer. Normally I like to play along and waste their time if I’m not busy, but not today. Wasn’t really in the mood. Hopefully he understood the hint.

Got a call like this from someone claiming my computer had a Windows issue. Thing is, I just use an iPad, so no way it was my PC. The bloke got annoyed and actually accused me of lying! Honestly, that made me chuckle - it brightened my day. Watch out for these calls!

Got a sharp woman named 'Susan' on the line today, kept pushing me to sign into my computer to 'sort out' some error. Wouldn't even let me get a word in until she rattled off some confusing speech from a script. When I asked where she was calling from, she said 14 Hanover Street, London. If that’s for real, then I must be the Queen of Sheba.

I got a phone call from a bloke in Turkey claiming my computer was infected with a virus and asked for my bank info to fix it. Problem is, I don’t even own a computer! They wanted me to pay for the "service." I’d seriously avoid answering these kind of calls.
