Got a call supposedly from Virgin Media saying there was an issue with my router. I asked the caller to prove who they were and to provide my account number, but they couldn’t. They told me to ring Virgin Media myself to check. When I did, Virgin Media said there was no problem and warned me it was a scam. So I’ve blocked the number now!

I received a call from this number claiming that BT was having issues and that my computer was in danger. The caller insisted that I should access my machine and adhere to her guidance. I firmly told her exactly what she could do with her so-called instructions!

Another one of those "ethnic minorities" trying to scam us again. It’s crazy we keep handing out money to these people. Can't wait for a government that actually cares about English folks and puts us first, but I’m not holding my breath for it anytime soon.

I’m stunned these pests are still hassling people. Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from Virgin Media, trying to get me to switch on my router. Left him hanging for five minutes, then came back. He started asking about how many gadgets I’ve got, I said 13. Then he wanted to know how many lights were on my computer. Told him to wait while I found my glasses. Left him again for another five minutes, then returned and told him to bugger off - absolute time-wasters with nothing better to do.

I'm getting pretty familiar with these phone calls lately. The lady told me to turn my computer on, even tho it was already switched on! Kinda funny she didn’t realise that. She said she was calling from some place called "Pakistanistan" or summat like that. I kept her chatting for about two and a half minutes, which meant she couldn’t annoy anyone else for a bit. Before ending the call, I told her straight up that her group was full of scammers and people here in the UK are wise to these kinds of calls now. Then she just hung up on me!

Absolute rubbish scammers! After he kept trying the same trick four times, I lost my cool and threw some proper nasty racial insults at him. Then I dared him to take me to court. Guess what? Not interested at all, just slammed the phone down. Bit of a shame really, haha!

Got a call saying my BT broadband was at risk. They asked for my licence number, claiming they needed it to fix some harmful software that had been installed. I told them about malware and asked them to send all the info by email, but nothing has turned up so far. Feels like a bit of a con to me.

I received an odd phone call today, claiming my BT internet connection was compromised and that malware was infiltrating my computer every time I went online. I received a call from someone purporting to be from Microsoft, insisting that my computer was amid downloading perilous files. They urged me to enter a code on www.fastsupport.com. A quick search revealed the shady tactics they employ-like installing malware and then offering to fix it for a fee. So, I kept insisting that my device was perfectly fine, and eventually, they got fed up and disconnected.

Some bloke said he was from Microsoft, telling me my PC was picking up some dodgy files. I did a bit of digging and saw that when they showed me they could supposedly watch what I was doing on my computer, it was all part of a scam. They wanted me to put a code into this thing called [#fastsupport{###], but it turns out that if I’d done that, they’d have put a virus on my laptop and then tried to get me to pay to get rid of it. Total scam.

Out of all the millions of users they assist globally, they clearly had to reach out to just little me for a chat! Such an honour! I promptly ended the conversation and made sure to block the number through my service provider.
