I asked them for some kind of reference or code since I’m already sorting out an issue with BT, and then they just cut the call straight away. No doubt about it, a total scam.

We've gotten a few dodgy calls claiming to be from BT before, though I can't remember the exact number. It's a bit fishy that folks here are mentioning 'BT' and this particular number has been ringing our landline loads of times but no one speaks. We're on the TPS list, so I reckon either they’re calling from overseas or just ignoring the do not call rules.

Yet again today, I found myself on the receiving end of a call that felt all too familiar. A rather boisterous call centre representative, claiming to be affiliated with BT, was eager to entice me with what they described as a fabulous deal on complimentary phone calls. After a bit of back and forth, I firmly told her that I don’t make any decisions based on unsolicited calls. Without so much as a goodbye, she simply dropped the line.

I've had like 15 calls today from 09:09 to 12:13, some just moments between each. I finally picked up after missing two; just got in after work and told them straight I wasn’t interested and to stop ringing me, but they keep at it. They claim to be from BT trying to help me cut my bills, but no legit company would hassle you that much. Total scam if you ask me!

I can assure you, this isn't a legitimate call from BT. Having an insider's view as a BT employee, I engaged them in conversation for a staggering 18 minutes as they tried to persuade me to provide my debit card information for some supposed account verification. It's quite clear that BT would never reach out to customers in this manner. This is undeniably a scam! I've made sure to inform them about it internally at BT.

I've had a staggering 16 calls today before half past twelve, with several coming through in rapid succession. During the third call, I picked up, and the person on the other end said they were with a company trying to help save me some cash. Honestly, any legitimate business wouldn't bombard someone like this, pestering them under the guise of saving them money. It's a total scam!

Got a call at 8:15 in the morning on 20th April 2017 but didn’t pick up. They rang back about two hours later, and this time a woman with an accent I couldn't place said she was from BT Accounts. She started asking for my account details and mobile number. I played along for a bit before telling her straight she was trying to scam me. As soon as I hung up, she bombarded my phone with about 15 calls one after another. Proper dodgy scammers, beware!

I received a rather intrusive phone call from someone purporting to be from BT accounts. The caller had quite the accent, which struck me as possibly Indian. When I queried her authenticity, she insisted she was indeed representing BT accounts. I was sceptical, to say the least, so I simply told her I was fine and hung up.
