Had a call from a very polite lady, sounded Asian, said her name was Enna or something, claiming to be from Uswitch about my utilities. I told her I didn’t think Uswitch actually runs a call centre. I asked if she was sure, explaining I pay the bills but had been told Uswitch don’t have any call centres at all. She insisted she was calling on behalf of Uswitch, but I pointed out if I called them directly, they’d say no call centres exist. She then just said she didn’t think I was interested and ended the call. Quite odd really.

Got a call from Shaun claiming to be from "You Switch" about our office phone setup. He wanted to talk to the manager, but he wasn't around. When I asked Shaun for his firm's address, he wouldn’t share it, also dodged where they’re actually located. I then asked him why on earth I’d change my business phone provider to a company that won’t even give a proper address? He didn’t have an answer and just ended the call. Bit odd if you ask me!
