I got a call from someone claiming they had info about a car crash that never happened. When I asked for more details, they started getting really unfriendly. They said their name was First Contact. I’ve now blocked the number for good.

They were asking if I’d been in touch with my car insurance company anytime in the last three years. I got a call from First Contact asking me about a car crash I wasn’t part of. When I told them to take me off their list, they were quite rude and just ended the call. I rang them again to make a complaint.
