I've been receiving calls from this number every single day, yet they never bother to leave a message. Anyone know who it might be?

I received a couple of calls on the 14th of August 2014 at precisely 11:58 in the morning, followed by another at 10:51 the next day. Strangely, neither call came with any sort of message to shed light on who was calling or why. All I could discern was some sort of muffled chatter in the background. Additionally, I wasn't at the location of the landline they rang, so I opted against returning the calls. Quite curious, if you ask me!
