It seems like this call was supposedly from "Severn Trent Water" concerning my account. However, straight off the bat, they couldn't even get my surname right! When I pressed for more information, they were all dodgy about revealing their names or confirming the company's details. To top it all off, I moved away from the area three years back due to a rather nasty domestic situation and have switched my phone number a couple of times since then. So I'm definitely inclined to label this as a scam!
