I received a call earlier from what appeared to be Barclays. Initially, I was a tad sceptical, but after doing a bit of digging on their official site, I can confirm it’s all above board. Felt quite reassured after that!

So, I got a voicemail from someone claiming to be from Barclays asking me to ring them back. When I called, the guy said he had to do a security check and started asking for my sort code and account number. I told him I’m not comfortable giving out such details on the phone and ended the call. Haven't had any contact from Barclays after that.
