I've just had the dubious pleasure of receiving a call from what appears to be a dodgy call centre. It was an automated message urging me to press 1 if I wished to speak to someone. They never clarified their identity or the purpose of their contact, which makes me suspect this is all rather fishy. Definitely feels like a scam to me!

I got a call with a recorded voice claiming to be Amazon Prime, saying they’d take £79 out of my bank. Total scam, as I’m not even an Amazon Prime member. I just ended the call right away.
