Some bloke rang me saying he was from EON, but I wasn’t too sure so I told him I’d ring EON myself later. Suddenly he started yelling and swearing at me, even making some really nasty and inappropriate remarks out of nowhere. He kept on hurling abuse down the line, which was quite shocking. When I called him out on being a scammer, he got even angrier. Honestly, best just to block this number if it rings you up.

Got a call from someone saying they were from EON Next, saying my account needed renewing. When I asked for my account number, they couldn’t provide it. Funny thing is, our contract doesn’t even end until 2028! Definitely a scam.
