9 yearsTotally fake story. Someone called claiming to be Stella, knew my address, and said I was being charged £7 a month for TV repairs. She then offered to do it for just £5 monthly. When I asked who was taking the £7, she said it was some unknown third party but couldn’t give a name. Then she suddenly hung up. We don’t pay anyone like that and we’re on the TPS list, so this call was illegal. Also, the delay on the line suggested “Stella” was calling from somewhere in India.
