I've received several calls from someone claiming to be "Dean" with a heavy Asian accent, asserting he’s from VP Design. He insists he’s not attempting to peddle anything, yet he continually probes about our online promotional tactics. It got quite tedious as he wouldn't accept my refusal. Ultimately, I had to terminate the call and block his number altogether.

The voice on the other end had a foreign accent and oddly referred to my wife by her previous married name, which she's not been called since 2004. Quite baffling!
