I received a call at 8:00 this morning from some foreign woman regarding benefits. It’s utterly shocking and really needs to be curtailed. Honestly, who do these individuals think they are to intrude like this? Absolutely outrageous!

This individual simply refuses to take a hint that I'm not interested in having a conversation. I've made it abundantly clear on numerous occasions. He keeps calling at the crack of dawn, at least four times a week. It's incredibly vexing!
