An Indian gentleman rang us up just as we were sitting down for our dinner, which seems to be a recurring theme with these calls. He began telling us that we're inundated with annoying sales and marketing calls, but every time I probed him about which company he was representing, he just kept talking over me. It turned out he was actually working for a marketing firm - how ironic, right? He kept insisting that he'd continue the call only if we were keen on listening, but the moment we pressed him with questions, he clearly lost his cool and became rather irritated. It’s all quite reminiscent of some harassment tactics, to be honest. We've promptly blocked that number from our phone now!
