Sounds like this is a Portsmouth-based mobile firm that tries to get you to switch your phone plan. When you ask about settling your current contract, they say they'll sort out the refunds for you. But I've seen loads of folks saying that thing never really ends up working as promised.

I saw the number was unfamiliar, so I just let it ring with no answer. Pretty sure I did the right thing there!

It rang about five times and then just cut off. The number wasn’t familiar to me or anyone I know.

Got a call supposedly from someone working for EE, checking up on my account. I didn’t really have the time to talk. I asked why EE hadn’t given me a heads up about the call, but they just went quiet. Told them I wasn’t gonna discuss anything unless EE officially contacted me first. Then I just ended the call.
