Whenever I see a number I don't know coming from a place I've never been or don’t know anyone, I pick up the phone but then just leave it on the table and let the other person ramble on. Maybe I should get out more, but it’s whatever really.

I rang the number to find out who it was, but I just got an automated message telling me to call again to be taken off their list. Honestly, there should be a way to contact someone and get the owner of this number fined. It’s a landline, so BT must know who it belongs to. Properly frustrating!!!

I always ignore calls from unknown numbers that aren't saved in my contacts, and I never open strange emails either. Most of these are just pointless calls that can end up being really expensive. Those scammers are just awful!
