Strange thing is, most folks seem to think this number is just an 02 extension, which makes sense because that's often what pops up when my contract's about to expire - so I wasn't surprised at all. But today I got a voicemail from this number, said it was a courtesy call from my local Natwest branch asking me to ring a mobile number back. When I called that mobile, it just kept ringing, but eventually someone answered who claimed to be a Natwest advisor. Bit odd, if you ask me.

For the past couple of weeks, this number has been calling me around 8 times daily on my mobile, and about twice on my landline each day. They never bother to leave a message either. I’m pretty sure it’s some sort of scam.

I’ve gotten calls from this number at least eight times daily on both my landline and phone. After looking it up, I really don’t wanna find out who or what it is. Best to just ignore and don’t pick up.

Absolutely daft! They refuse to chat unless you hand over your info - the usual "you called me, now you give me your details" line. Not really something people take kindly to. Last time, they got a bit hostile. O2 just said to ignore them and sort it out with O2 themselves.

There's this company saying they're connected to O2 and that they've now got control over the O2 accounts to offer better plans. They ring me almost every week, and I'm always telling them to just send me an email instead of calling. Like yesterday, they phoned at 5:29 pm, which is honestly the worst time to be getting calls. Still, no emails come through, just endless phone calls. It's so annoying!
